In these personalised coaching sessions, I will listen, challenge and guide young people, helping them overcome barriers, grow in confidence and develop the skills needed to thrive.

Tailored one-to-one sessions: 1 hour per session.

Flexible delivery: Virtual coaching for ease and comfort, with face-to-face sessions considered depending on location.

Structured yet adaptable: I typically recommend 6–8 sessions (weekly or fortnightly), but this can be adjusted based on individual needs and goals.
